Investor-Owner Partnership
We cater to private investors looking to earn passive income by partnering with Beacon City to facilitate the purchase or lease and management of a property for the purpose of short-term rental service. The minimum tenure for the lease partnership model is three (3) years.

In the event of death, bankruptcy or need for liquidity, our partners may transfer their investment to their next of kin or any individual they so wish by following the due procedure as stated in the Trust Deed.

Get Started With Us
Secure Property
Provide your property for our evaluation, or we will identify an available property that aligns with your investment objectives and risk appetite and assist in facilitating the setup of the property. Upon successful evaluation, the property will be ready to be adopted for management by Beacon City.
Agreement Execution
In this phase, the legal rights for the property management are transferred from the partner to Beacon City. Furthermore, the profit-sharing ratio and other modalities critical to the success of the partnership are agreed upon and executed.
Commence and Track Operations
Manage the daily operational activities of the properties on behalf of homeowners and investors and provide performance insight through personalized dashboards and periodic reports on property occupancy.

Depending on the type of property in your portfolio, you will earn returns from rental income and value appreciation.
